Aaron is the founder and CEO of a Cincinnati based home care agency. In his time in business Aaron has been blessed to meet and befriend industry and community leaders. 

Aaron has been named a "40 under 40" and a "Health Care Hero" in Cincinnati by the Business Courier. He has been named a "Future Leader" by Home Health Care News and has been named a "Top 500 Influential Ohioans"  by Ohio Business Magazine. 

Aaron's goal is to help others help themselves. He believes this podcast will allow people to hear the views and information from people they may not have the ability to access, and give people the ability to learn new ways to better themselves and their communities.
